The Nissan X-Terra nameplate is back in the region, with a new model coming out in 2021. It will feature a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine with a 7-speed automatic transmission. The SE is a two-wheel-drive model with a push-start engine and power windows, mirrors, and steering. It also comes with fabric seats, auto headlamps, LED daytime running lamps, roof rails, manual air-conditioning, and rear air conditioning.
The Titanium model comes in two-wheel drive or four-wheel drive configurations, with fog lamps and headlamps levelers as additional features. The A/C system automatically adjusts to the temperature outside, and wireless charging lets you charge your smartphone without plugging it into a port.
Leather seats, 18-inch alloy wheels, and a navigation system come together to create a luxurious yet practical ride. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are also available along with full navigation. Every Platinum comes standard with airbags and the latest in safety technology, including ABS brakes, stability control, traction control, hill assist, and more.
The Xterra Platinum comes with several safety features, including forwarding collision alert and auto emergency braking, as well as lane departure warning.
The redesigned Nissan Xterra came out in the year 2021. Though the SUV market overall is down slightly, the Xterra has proven to be quite popular. It has been redesigned to be more of a lifestyle vehicle rather than a vehicle that tries to blend in with the crowd. The main goal was to create an attractive vehicle that could attract many different types of consumers.
In terms of safety and performance, this SUV did not deviate from the previous models. Overall, it has been an excellent success.
